What started with learning how to smoke jerky from my dad turned into a passion that grew into my very own business out here smoking in Washington, Missouri. We began with our OG flavor “not nice” and have since created a full lineup of teriyaki jerky with different heat levels, along with our bold Roadhouse pepper steak blend.

Setting up stands at farmers markets week after week is the reason we’re here today! We have loved meeting our customers face to face, sharing samples, and watching people come back time after time! You all have helped us nail down the flavors that you love and grow our little smokehouse into something bigger that we could have ever imagined!
