Subscriptions require a 3 month minimum commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month until you decide to cancel. 
Order your subscription on the 1st-15th and your jerky will ship on the 3rd Monday of the month.
Order your subscription on the 16th-31st and your jerky will ship on the 1st Monday of the month.
